Standard Full Service Agent

Our agents guide you through the buying and selling process for free, then refund you any commission above 1% post-closing. If the buyer agent commission offered is more than 3%, you could earn more than 2% back. We charge 1% to sell. With this package, some of the time-intensive, relatively straightforward legwork is outsourced to the client. However, the agent still conducts negotiation, showings and open houses, and provides prompt feedback and weekly summaries.
Premium Full Service Agent
2.5-3%
Our premium agents are the top producing agents in their area and are used to only the most demanding clients. These agents are ready to wait on you hand and foot, and often specialize in luxury properties or complex real estate transactions and financing arrangements. They often combine years of experience in real estate with expertise in other areas.
Agent Assisted For Sale By Owner (“FSBO”)

List on the MLS and Major Websites for $0 Upfront. Honey Realtors Agent Assisted FSBO. Save all 6% in broker commission if you find a direct buyer, meaning you’ll owe 0% at closing. If you decide to sell to a buyer represented by an agent, only pay the commission you chose to offer in the MLS. Borrow your agent's tools and do it yourself.
